Steak.  We don't eat a lot of red meat and it is so good on the grill. It is a real treat when my husband BBQ's it.

I can BBQ many things but I corner the market on BBQ Pork Chops. Sticky, seared yet juicy pork chops on the grill! You would like, yes?

I like grilling fruit. It's fun and tastes amazing plus everyone in our family will eat it!

I agree!  Grilled (fresh) pineapple is incredible!  Or split a peach, remove the pit, and grill!  The heat intensifies the flavor and caramelizes the sugars on the surface!  Awesome with a scoop of ice cream!

Excuse me, gotta go light the grill!

Vegetables are great on the grill. It really brings out the flavor. I especially like zucchini and squash with some butter, salt, and pepper. Also good are onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Yummy!!!

Has to be salmon, hands down. It is wonderful when it is perfectly grilled...still juicy on the inside and flakes apart. It is such a versatile fish and so good for you.

My favorite is a well aged, Prime cut, 2 inch thick "Porterhouse" Steak, served with Sauted Mushrooms and a grilled Potato with sour cream, and corn on the cob on the side.

I never grill.  I'm not going to cook outside with the bugs when I have a perfectly good kitchen.  The char isn't worth it to me.

Octopus and squid--one wouldn't think seafood, but they are delicious with olive oil and garlic dipping sauce--make sure to marinate them before grilling--otherwise they will stick...eggplant...yes, eggplant. Grilling brings out the flavor!Of course, corn! Rib meat: Please look for the marinated recipe on my hubpage.

I like using alcohol to grill with, Alcohol of any kind has excellent marinating power. It seeps into the meat, tenderizing and drawing in flavor. By selecting a cocktail that has fruit juices and other liquors, you can add a new twist to an existing favorite. If you choose to prepare kebabs or a seafood dish, you can literally go from refrigerator to grill, quickly and easily nd it's also good on veggies , just for the record I'm not a drinker but I am  a food creator who deals with foods for taste and texture. Now for those who don't know your food will not be drunk and you wont either because the alcohol cooks off and the only thing it leaves you with is juciness and flavor.....TRY IT ....Happy Eating.

Hamburgers. They are easier than steaks and are so tasty. Plus it is fun to experiment with toppings and each person can individualize the burgers.

I love to barbecue ribs and serve sides of twice baked potatoes, soft homemade rolls and a big salad. To compliment the ribs, I choose a different BBQ sauce every time. I wrote a hub about it: "The Top Five U.S. BBQ Sauces by Region".
