My mother and grandmother call it "Noodle Burger." Basically it's vegetarian hamburger helper. Cook a bag of egg noodles, add a can of cream of mushroom soup, a can of tomato soup, and vegetarian hamburger (often called "burger"), then mix it all together and let it cook some more. My grandmother gets fancy and adds onions and celery but my mother isn't a vegetable fan so we just eat it plain. Season to taste and it's great. You wouldn't know it was a vegetarian meal.
