I agree with your Gordon Ramsey pick.
Like Ramsey, I can swear up a storm during cooking; unlike Ramsey, however, my food isn't always that great.
We enjoy watching those shows just as you do. It is always interesting to see who ultimately comes out on top as the winner. Cooking competitions are fun! I'd welcome Bobby Flay as a neighbor. Can smell the aromas from his kitchen now! :))
I know that this was a tough question. I would also find it hard to choose just one favorite. :)
I like her, but the last show I saw, she kept plugging her brand of kitchen items. Off-putting. I saw Martha Stewart doing that too, and it's true-- over selling is very off-putting.
She has cut way back on the butter since being diagnosed with diabetes. Paula Deen got some criticism for TV cooking in the old way even after she was changing her personal way of cooking for health reasons. I wish her all the best and good health!
It is fun watching Ina Garten serve the food to her friends and family in various settings both inside and outside. She makes it look so easy and effortless.
I love Jamie Oliver-- he cooks like a normal person, and the stuff he has done for school cafeterias is amazing.
Hi is trying to get healthier foods into school cafeterias which is heartening. We need more people putting the focus on good nutrition and starting at early ages. Hooray for Jamie Oliver's efforts!
It is fun watching Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. Only problem is that it sometimes makes me hungry when I should no longer be thinking of eating. Ha! Thanks for your answer.
Guy is great but his show makes me feel fat lol!
I love Guy Fieri! He seems so down to earth and like a regular cool guy. I love Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives too! I actually ate at one of the restaurants that he visited in Kemah, TX.
Alton Brown is fun to watch. Nice to know that following his recipes works out for you.
