My latest favorite is homemade dark chocolate bark. I just wrote a hub on it! Chocolate bark costs over $10 a pound when you buy it at a candy store, but you can make it at home for much less. It's very versatile because you can add a variety of different nuts and dried fruits to it. A light sprinkling of sea salt will make it extra special. It makes a wonderful gift, an elegant ending to a dinner with friends or a nice dessert for anyone who is gluten-intolerant. Enjoy!
