What's your favorite way to eat mangos?

Do you eat them as-is, or do you have a favorite recipe using mangos?

They do add amazing texture and flavor to smoothies! I'm really going to have to try the pavlova. It's on my to-do list. : )

Mangos and yogurt sounds wonderful! I'll have to try that soon...maybe with a drizzle of honey just for the fun of it. Thanks for a great idea.
