What's your favorite way to eat mangos?

Do you eat them as-is, or do you have a favorite recipe using mangos?

They are a wonderful fruit aren't they? They're just coming in season here in Peru. Thanks for your comment!

They do add amazing texture and flavor to smoothies! I'm really going to have to try the pavlova. It's on my to-do list. : )

Mangos and yogurt sounds wonderful! I'll have to try that soon...maybe with a drizzle of honey just for the fun of it. Thanks for a great idea.
