I have never tried either veal or lamb... I was raised with no red meat and now that I cook for myself I just haven't thought about either of those options.

Sorry no. But it is sort of Indian version of British fish and chips! It is marinated with chili powder and turmeric powder (along with little salt) and left aside for 1 hour. Then before frying it on the pan, it is lighly coated with breadcrumbs.

Salmon is probably my favorite fish. That is one "deep" fish, in taste that is! If I were a bear, I'd be eager for the spawning season, too!
I agree with all but Chic-fil-a! Their ckicken doesn't taste right to me(neither does the other fasr food fried chicken sandwiches). But yes chicken is as versatile as ground meat as I use a can of chunk chicken if I am out of tuna for casseroles

While beef and chicken are both versatile there is a particular flavor that beef has and chicken doesn't. Chicken can be used but will lack some flavor

Who could argue with that? ^_^ I think it's the type of beef that makes it unhealthy. Naturally grass fed beef is actually very healthy and much tastier.
I rarely eat meat so like you I order chicken most of the time ^_^
Chicken is so versatile, You can even substitute if for red meats in a lot of recipes ^_^
I've never cooked a flank steak before... I'll have to give it a go ^_^
There is so much you can do with ground beef! I usually use ground turkey in place of most GB recipes though... thats just how I was raised ^_^
