What's your favorite thing to do with Sour Kraut?


We (well, me, my hubby, & 1 of our 8 kids) love sour kraut! We make Grilled Reuben's, put it on bratwursts, eat it with ring sausage, and have even added it as a pizza topping. What do you like to make with your Sour Kraut?

    I know what kimchi is... my aunt makes it. Now that stuff, I do not like. It's way to hot (spicy) ... Love my aunt, not her kimchi :)

    She is from Korea, my uncle met & fell in love with her when he was stationed there. Thanks for your answer :

    yes - it is very good this way - my favorite way to enjoy a good hot dog.

    LMAO... that's awesome. I was waiting for someone to say "throw it in the garbage" or similar. Not everyone enjoys a good Kraut, but that's OK.
