Can you freeze arugala?

I purchased a huge one pound package of fresh baby arugala leaves. I've been eating them up as salads, but there's still so much left. I'm afraid they will go rotten. Do you have suggestions? How do you prepare them after they have been frozen?

Interesting. First you make the pesto, then you freeze. You can use any of these green leaves. Thanks!

Very cool. Getting a reply from a professional chef! Whoo-hoo.
