There are many types of flour, the most common being wheat flour. It would be interesting to know how people use some of the more uncommon flour types, with some links to recipes!

I'm hoping to get some good answers and to bookmark this! I just found a stash of 15 kinds of meals and flours at my local gourmet grocery. They are not very costly and will be a great way to explore different foods.
That´s fantastic!!! What a great oportunity! It is quite hard to get flours other than the whole wheat and all purpose flour most commonly used. I hope you enjoy your culinary endevour :)
