Yes, I eat mostly organic food. Organic food is grown in a way that is good for the soil and water. Yes, organic food may be somewhat more expensive then non-organic food but the benefits are numerous. Organic vegetables and fruits are free of pesticides and other harmful chemicals and are not genetically modified (GMO). Organically raised animals are not given growth hormones or antibiotics to help bulk them up and to make them reach maturity faster like conventionally raised animals (the quicker they grow the faster they can be slaughtered and sold). There are many products labeled "organic" on the market but look for organic products with the USDA Seal (they are 100% organic) to be sure you are purchasing totally organic food.
