Simone, I'm not sure if this was meant to be a question or an advertisement, so I'll answer it anyway. I definitely recommend the Golden arches better known as McDonalds. Not to be confused with the Golden Arm, which was the legendary football player Johnny Unitas' brain child. You really can't beat the dollar menu at Micky D's, where you can get a McDouble, small fries, and super large sweet tea for 3 dollars and change. That is as long as you aren't somewhere in Arizona where two super sized value meals will cost you close to 25 bucks. P.S. - Simone do you mind, and can I have your permission to use that planking photo of you planking from Facebook for my planking Hub? It would really give it some class. Take Care smile

I live in AZ and the cheap eats & good food I answered above in Best Mexican Taqueria in Sierra Vista AZ - my favorite is the tostada chicken for $2.75 - the price includes tax.  That's beats Mickey D's in economics. smilesmilesmile

Although I try to control myself, food is something that I can’t resist anytime. I love exploring into new cuisine, but vegetarian.  Being in this city for the last 3 years, there is no restaurant that we have not experienced, but nothing was so memorable or delightful until we visited 24 Carat in Cochin. read more

One of the best kept secrets in Daytona Beach, Florida is Cafe 101 at Daytona State College. The amazing chefs (professors of Culinary Arts) prepare with the assistance of their chef-students some of the most amazing dishes I have ever eaten. Although I am mostly Irish and Canadian my stomach is significantly influenced by the menu at Cafe 101. I dine here about twice monthly; last week I selected the best appetizer I have ever devoured (and I have dined extensively throughout North America, Central America and Europe). It was smoked Pacific Salmon prepared in a most delectable sauce and presented in beautiful cylindrical housings. Their soups are exquisite and their entrees are amazing. Any coffee connoisseur will be impressed and my brats love their many desserts; however, their favorite is the raspberry or is it caramel creme brulee?

If your in or near downtown Baltimore Maryland I recommend Fogo De Chao which is a Brazilian Steak House. They have a total of 19 locations across the United States. If you have never been to a Brazilian Steak House it is where you have a red/green card and they continue to come around serving you different kinds of meats.

    Highly recommended.
