That totally depends on my mood. Last night I made Spicy Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles. I wrote a hub on it a while back. I make it with crunchy chicken strips and lots of fresh veggies like pea pods, cilantro, mint, basil, red bell pepper, bean sprouts, cucumber sticks and grated carrot. Dress the pasta with a light but spicy sauce and you're ready to eat!
