How do you make your favorite sandwich?

Tell us how you make your favorite sandwich. It may be traditional, zany, exotic, using two pieces of bread, or open-faced. Is this your own creation? Include spreads, spices, or serving suggestions. Upload the photo so we can see how yummy it looks. Mine is cinnamon raisin bread with melted cheese, tomato and avocado slices. Grind pepper, salt to taste.

Radishes would give the sandwich a bit of a kick. That veggie sandwich sounds like something you would get at a fancy restaurant. Yum.

Hi Tinsky. There's nothing that matches that melted cheese sandwich, whether fried in the pan, in the toaster or under the broiler! Yum!

Hello Denise. Yum! We both like the flavors of raisin cinnamon with any combo of toppings.

The hoagie or hamburger would certainly be considered a sandwich as something edible between two or more slices of bread. Seems like you do have particular brand loyalty to your ingredients and like a piquant flavor.

Wow! Chef - What an unusual combination. Everyone has heard of banana and peanut butter sandwich, but MARMALADE with banana and chocolate. I hope everyone reading will give it a try. Your second suggestion must be an all time favorite.

All vegetarians gather round to check out this healthy delight. I just bought some sprouted tofu and will prepare as a special meal. Thanks so much, Claudia.

Dear Chris - Very odd combination. I don't think it would appeal to my palate. Can't even imagine... Happy Days!

Nice to read cultural traditions. This sandwich sounds similar to the ingredients on one of my favorites shown above using avocado. Yum!
