These days it is almost impossible to have a one hundred percent healthy diet. Junk food is ok in moderation as long as you have a healthy diet otherwise to counter balance it, AND you do some kind of exercise to counter act its negative effects. That is the way I do it and I am healthy, lean (no belly, no muffin tops, no overweight in general and no cellulite) and fit.
I, like Paul, don't eat hamburgers, hot dogs, domino's and the like but I am a chocolate fanatic and I eat it in all its forms (ice-cream, cake, bars, cookies, etc, ect, etc). Nevertheless, I eat loads of raw vegetables, healthy fats (pecans, peanut, sesame, olive oil) and fruits, as well as having a natural preference for whole grain cereals in general (whole grain bread, raw oatmeal, brown rice and pasta, buckwheat). I guess, in a way, I use compensation: no white bread never ever, and then I can say yes to chocolate. This is a way to avoid over-indulging and getting its terrible health and aesthetic consequences.
