I like honey nut cheerios, corn flakes, rice krispies, and granola....can't decide which is my favorite because it really depends on my mood!! LOL!

i love captain oats, nestle corn flakes, quaker muesil bars. Nestle is cheaper because it is a local brand. Once a while i would buy quaker.
I like Crispix because it has lot of crunch.
Shredded Wheat, it is said to contain no salt or sugar. Or porridge jumbo oats which I make 50/50 water/milk with neither salt or sugar.
Healthy and sweet all in one, Frosted Mini Wheats!
Cheerios helps keep my first meal of the day healthy. I started eating a bowl everyday a few years ago after finding I had high cholesterol.
