pancakes are my favorite. Easy to prepare and ready in 5min.
Here is the recipe:
120g plain flour
60g tapioca flour
2 tsp baking powder
6 tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
300ml milk (3 tbs powder milk mix with hot water)
Mix all together in a bowl and make sure that the flour are beaten well, no lumps.
Apply a little butter on the pan and pour 2 ladel of batter onto the pan. Fry both sides brownish.
