For all you coffee drinking hubbers, real cream (or milk) or artificial non-dairy "creamer"?

Retired and working at home as well, I'm still married to my 20 oz travel mug. I do one of those each morning, but after that it's plain old water. Threw out the non-dairy powders ages ago. TOXIC!!

Uh...if you are opposed to cow's milk for health reasons, I seriously suggest you check out the non-dairy crap, er, I mean creamers. Those concoctions are TOXIC!

Like the cream when it's available, moon, but I strongly suggest that you cut out the pure cane sugar. I get the same sweetness with light agave nectar which does not "flavor" the coffee like honey does.

My step dad always was on me to "drink coffee like a MAN!" Guess what. I still sweeten (agave nectar) and lighten (dry milk).

WAY too much coffee for me, Shellie! Not that I'm pointing fingers. Every time I point a finger at someone else, there are three pointing back at me! Thanks for responding.
