Is Organic Spelt Flour OK to use in bread starter?


I want to use a good flour and I already have this so wondered if it would be good to use?

    Thank you renegadetory, I have no allergies but I don't like rye but good to know I can add white if needed. Again, thanks.

    Well it is wheat instead of white and I did read white was no good, but then I have tasted sour dough rolls with white and it seemed delicious to me. Thanks for your prompt reply PP.
