It depends on how homemade you mean. We can buy cacao beans here in Peru, but chocolate made at home from it is very gritty. I guess I need to perfect my technique.
My favorite recipe for homemade chocolate candy would be Dark Chocolate Bark with Carmelized Nuts and Sea Salt. I start with good quality chocolate (such as Green & Black's). I also like to add dried fruit like cherries or blueberries. Yum!
