I sometimes have breakfast and sometimes skip it. It's supposed to be unhealthy to skip breakfast but I seem to do just fine, maybe a little hungry on the days I skip. What do you think?

Your breakfasts sound yummy. My biggest meal is typically lunch or dinner, so I do not follow the advice in your quote. I am just not that hungry in the mornings but maybe that is because I'm not accusomted to eating a large meal then.
I just never wake up hungry. I have to be up a few hours and finally, like you say, around 10am I'll get hungry and have a little breakfast.
Hmm.. then maybe I should try eating a little breakfast more often. I'd like to lose a few pounds myself. Maybe I'll end up eating a little less at lunch..
The only side effect I've found when I skip breakfast is that I get a little hungry a few hours later. I usually eat then or if I wait until lunch, then I have a great appetite for lunch.
It sounds like skipping breakfast isn't too detrimental to you either, despite what a study might say.
I tend to agree ~ apparently it's so much better to always have breakfast but what if you're not hungry? Usually the problem is I'm too busy for breakfast. I also haven't noticed that I gain or lose much weight whether or not I have breakfast.
