I live in Michigan so I know I have to go out and BBQ when it's 50. This spring we haven't had more than a couple of days worth talking about. It's going up to 66 today though, so I think a BBQ is in order.
I like to slice potatoes, peppers, and onions into strips and place them in foil with butter and spices. I just cook them on the grill with the ribs and wings:-)
