You've added the best answer here. Some fruits (lots of them) are "harsh" on the digestive system (like grapes). Some are "milder" (like bananas). I don't think too many people could comfortably tolerate grapes on an empty stomach in the morning.
Thanks Lisa HW! You are right, banana is good for an upset stomach. At the same time, Papaya, although being good for digestion should not be consumed on an empty stomach, but after having food. Otherwise it will do more harm than good.
No. I don't think that was it. I chew the seeds up and eat them, anyway.
