   What is it? The picture isn't showing the food up close.  It could be corn on the cobb and crawfish. It's hard to see.

      You're right,  on closer inspection it does look like corn on the cob and crawfish. I thought it was Mexican beans and tamales.

   Kind of looks like a crawfish bowl to me, kind of like a crab boil, if that's the case yes it dose.

   It looks like someone just dumped a whole bunch of food on a table covered with newspapers -- so no, that reason alone makes the food look unappetizing in the photo.
