    For me pork would be the easiest to give up (apart from the crackling and good quality sausages or bacon from a local butchers). Pork chops, roast pork, veal etc do absolutely nothing for me no matter who cooks them (Chef or family member).

    Sadly I am not a fan of fish although fresh fish is in abundance here in Guernsey. My choice would have to be chicken if I could only choose one meat (chicken and fillet steak if I could choose two). Fish I can only tolerate smoked in general.

    That is a big favourite of mine too, only chicken would have the edge on it, and that would be because I would find it more versatile if it was all I could have for the rest of my life.
