If you could only have one type of meat in your diet which would it be?

For me pork would be the easiest to give up (apart from the crackling and good quality sausages or bacon from a local butchers). Pork chops, roast pork, veal etc do absolutely nothing for me no matter who cooks them (Chef or family member).

Sadly I am not a fan of fish although fresh fish is in abundance here in Guernsey. My choice would have to be chicken if I could only choose one meat (chicken and fillet steak if I could choose two). Fish I can only tolerate smoked in general.

That is a big favourite of mine too, only chicken would have the edge on it, and that would be because I would find it more versatile if it was all I could have for the rest of my life.
