I eat this pretty often, its good with crackers, on a sandwich, you could use jelly or bananas on the sandwich and I am sure there are many more variations to this.

For sustained energy I look for fats and slow burning carbohydrates. A few of my go-to snacks are raw almonds, cashews, raw cheese and muesli with organic whole milk.

I enjoy my fiber foods and is my best choice when I feel low energy
I keep frozen bananas dipped in peanut butter and dark chocolate in my freezer for this reason. I love them and they make a really good grab and go snack.
