Haha that is so funny, a tuna casserole without the tuna. That would be a cheap recipe
Oh I've done that too becky. This time it was the eggs. I'd beaten the sugar and butter, then folded the flour in. I couldn't understand why the mixture was thicker than usual.
Now that I have been thinking about it, I made a cake without the sugar once too. That tasted very strange. Chocolate applesauce and no sugar is like eating dark chocolate.

Now the missing ingredient in the brownies has my mind working in overdrive. Lol
I have a fair grasp of modern vernacular, but I've not heard that usage for 'baked.' (I still bake those brownies--they help with my insomnia, without aftereffects!) ;)
