If I drink some coffee my mind seems to work faster even more clearly and I get more done, but if I drink too much I get distracted and can't concentrate. I'd really like to learn how to get the right balance. Does anyone have any tips?

That sounds about right. I think I may have actually just finished my third cup when I posted this question, and I was starting to go a bit ADHD - but then I'd had a couple of cups of tea beforehand too, which also have some caffeine.
