Hi there Susan....My favorite dish to prepare is whatever the "Hostess" asks me to bring along...while she slaves in the kitchen all day preparing the big feast!! I closed up my kitchen & sold my dining room furniture! Done....The yellow tape is across my door.....Do Not enter....Cook RETIRED....Oven spit-shined and wrapped in plastic seal.....Lady of the House open to any and all invitations, thank you. Will bring dish to share, but make it E-Z.
I will clear the table and scrape the dishes. Also, will bring my own empty containers for take-home left-overs.
After 50 years of slicing, mixing, chopping, stuffing, cooking cleaning and entertaining a huge family, umpteen Holidays and Special Occasions per year.....I burned my apron in effigy as I chugged a bottle of champagne.
