Just wondered because I always fix the quick but am willing to spend 4 more minutes if it is nutritionally much better. Hope someone has the answer and thanks!

No I haven't but will check it out. I have steel oats too, have you eaten those? Hard for me to get use to but suppose to be super good for you. Well I figure the long cooking was better so I will start buying those and use my quick in candy. Thx!
They are both basically the same, unless you very worried about calories. Then steel has 20 less.
No just want healthy things; guess I'd cook up a SOS pad if they said it was good for me; lol.
I sure would not do that. It is like when I heard, on the radio, "Would you eat dog food if it was healthy?" NO! Yuck! That is for dogs.
Well; have to watch our health. Little cinnamon on a SOS pad; probably pretty good! lol
I could just see you trying to chew the pad. lol
Well it works on shredded wheat I have been choking down for years! ha
The cereal or the cracker? Wheat is good for you but oatmeal goes down smoother, with raisins, etc., it is a little chewy.
The cereal. Yeah I love smooth oatmeal and have added chopped apple in it the last couple minutes for something different. Very good.
Mmm, let me know how it is. I will be trying banana chips right now instead of the dates.
Sounds good. We should think along those lines instead of junk food.
I already do. lol
