    Cheddar and Pepper Jack together sounds wonderful! I guess you really don't have to butter the "insides"! I'll remember that one. :)

    Swiss cheese is a favorite of mine for these sandwiches - Swiss, Muenster, and Cheddar all at once. Whole wheat or rye is what I use as well. Glad to see you here!

    Sour dough or English Muffin bread are great for these sandwiches. I had a couple grilled cheese sandwiches today! Sonic drive in sells them. Yippee!
