In making Jello, which is a staple in my humble kitchen, I need to stir my Jello for two minutes. Which got me thinking about how many recipes call for stirring for two minutes. Is it only Jello? Experienced chefs please help me out with this one. Also, what is the timeframe recommended for brushing our teeth - is it also 2 minutes. Do you own a 2-minute timer?
