Is there a potato best for potato salad? I more often use russet potatoes that are good for baking since I bake them often so I had never really thought about a best kind for potato salad but wondered if maybe a nice gold or red potato might be best? I did not know that so thank you June! I would have assumed russets were harder and no idea why so I have learned a great lesson!

I bet those are good in potato salad! So glad I asked. I do like my potatoes cut smaller than many fix them but I don't want mush! I am trying a new dressing in mine with mayo and salad dressing and look forward to it!
