I had one banana, one glass of milk and a small bowl of vegetable soup for both breakfast and lunch. I also had 1 banana for a snack. Dinner is in 1.5 hours and I still feel really full. I don't think I can manage to eat 8 bananas. It's too much for me. Is the 8 bananas for some chemistry? Do u still have to eat it if I'm really full?
