Have you ever tried the Whole30 program? Even if you "failed" what did you learn from it?

The Whole30 is a 30-day "clean eating" program that removes sugar, legumes, grains, dairy and additives from the diet. The idea is to 'reset' your body, then slowly reintroduce foods back to your diet to see if they give you health issues. This confirmed for me what I suspected but didn't want to acknowledge - I'm lactose intolerant.
