I have this recipe that is gluten free. So peanut buttery and rich.
FLOUR-LESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 cup peanut butter (creamy, crunchy or organic)
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Mix ingredients together and roll into 1 teaspoon sized balls. Place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar (or Splenda). Press with a fork to make indentations and bake for 8 minutes.
These are SO GOOD!
