I love to cook main courses. But I also like to do my cooking on the stove top because I get to see how my cooking is coming along, and add spices as my meal evolves. Grilling is also one of my favorite ways to cook. Whether indoors or outdoors, grilled food has a stronger flavor that mixes well into a cold field greens salad or with pasta. One of my favorite things to eat is cold grilled steak with a drizzle of truffle oil, and a pinch of coarse sea salt on a bed of arugula. Just lovely!
