Raw fruit is the first thing that comes to mind. How about dry cereal and milk? What do you like?

A cup of decaf coffee, a cup of yogurt and a rice cake with peanut butter and maybe a piece of fruit too.
Vanilla yogurt with straw berries, blue berries and walnuts is a good choice. Dry cereal with berries and walnuts and a slice of toast with peanut butter is good also.
hardboiled egg...just leave it until it is cooked..the nutrients you need to start the day are already there
