It REALLY Isn't a great appetizer.... there are far better options than Bread. (which is fattening if overgrazed on)
Bread is just a Cheap option.... like a lettuce leaf!
If you need to eat appetizers then make them healthy ones.... if you must have a cream based dip.... try it with a carrot or celery.
Where I come from... our appitizers are things like: oysters, shrimps or mussels etc...... not a piece of bread.
