I can't stand tea, so for me the answer is definitely coffee. As for decaf I say, "why bother?" It's like a guy I used to work with who used to boast he drank a 6 pack of O'Douls when he got home from work. "Why bother?"

I'm a tea person! I used to copy my grandma and order it in restaurants and I've loved tea ever since. Coffee is too strong to me.

Since its a British pastime, I absolutely love tea, I have 3 cups per day.  One for breakfast, one about an hour after lunch, and a cup late evening after dinner.

Black tea and green tea are rich in antioxidants, hence good for health. Whereas coffee has caffeine and is diuretic (dehydrates the body). Anyways, I love coffee and cannot resist having a few cups a day.

Coffee for power, tea for relaxation. I drink caffeinated coffee always, but with tea I often prefer an herbal tea, like some kind of African Rooibos.

Regular coffee is the best! If close to bed time I use decaf to get my sleep! I need coffee to wake me up in the morning, although green tea is better for you. It has anti-oxidents.

I'm pretty much in favor of coffee. I drink both decaf and caffeinated. But I also do like Lady Grey Tea.
