Hi Elaine, I hope you found the answer to your question but just in case I would like to answer it for you. Figs have roughly 32 calories, 1 gram of fiber, and .01 grams of fat. In the Weight Watchers points system, this would mean you could have up to 5 Figs and only add between 1 and 2 points depending on the size of the figs, of course. I hope this helps. Also in the Weight Watchers program they incourage trading fatty foods with fruits and vegetables as you can, so I think Figs are a great way to substitute sweet and unhealthy treats. Good Job!
