Better to make your own as most canned products have a lot of preservatives and salt.
Very easy to make your own. In a good sized saucepan add celery, carrots and an onion and some fresh parsley. Add about four cups of water and simmer until veggies are tender.
Discard veggies then add about a 1/4 cup of cornstarch to the boiling stock. Stir constantly until as thick as you like it.
Very good and no preservatives.
