A big bowl of mixed fresh fruit chunks with honey and lime juice drizzled over it.
Fresh fruit chunks on skewers or picks, with a dip made from 1 package of cream cheese, and 1 single serving of vanilla yogurt mixed together (you can also use fat free yogurt mixed with fat free cream cheese!)
Roasted vegetable spread. Take combination of any vegetables (onions, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, turnips, radishes... any kind) Cut into bite size pieces, place in a ziplock bag, add basil, oregano, salt pepper, chopped garlic (or garlic powder), a splash of balsamic vinegar (optional), and a splash of olive or vegetable oil. Shake up bag to coat vegis, then spread on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then place in food processor or blender and puree, but not liquify. Serve with toasted bread slices, crackers, or chips that are vegetarian friendly.
