Have you tried mild Anaheim chiles in the dip aka Ortega chiles? I fire roasted them on the grill.

I placed them in a Ziplock bag right off the grill and let them cool which makes them easier to peel. One batch had chiles the other did not. They were both great. Thank You! My family and the teenagers friends love the dip. Be sure to seed and peel before chopping. I quickly added them to the chicken in one batch. The first recipe I tried was nasty, double the cream cheese and canned chicken.
