Swee Choon Tim-Sum Restaurant Pte Ltd.

Review

I went to this restaurant for a few times already. Although the location is not very convenient for most of the people (15-20 min walking distance from Lavender MRT Station), this restaurant is always crowded.

Not much Dim Sum restaurant could be found at night as Dim Sum supposed to be breakfast in Chinese history. When I did my first time visit to this restaurant, I went with my friends and we nearly ordered all what we could find in the menu (crazy right?). Believe me, the quality of Dim Sum here would be better than you expected, and the prices were so CHEAP! All of us were guy so you could imagine how much we ate, but we only spent less than SGD 20.

A wide variety of traditional Dim Sum and La Mian could be found here. Surprisingly, we found some Dim Sum that we never ate before, they were too tasty!

If you are looking for cheap and tasty night Dim Sum restaurant, this restaurant definitely meet all your requirement!

Crystal Jade Palace Restaurant

Review

Shanghai Xiao Long Bao (Steam Pork Dumpling) is one of my favorite dim sum, so I always go around to find the best in Singapore.

There are many Crystal Jade branches in Singapore but I found that Crystal Jade Palace Restaurant serves the best Shanghai Xiao Long Bao, with very fine culinary. I personally love its thin skin, very delicious, especially when the soup burst out from the dumpling, yummy!

Besides, they also serve other popular dim sum, for example Siew Mai, prawn dumpling, char siew bun and lotus leaf rice, all serve with very fine culinary.

The decoration and design in the restaurant is very luxury, you would feel like you are "emperor" in imperial palace!
