Bosch Tassimo Coffee Machine Review

Updated on February 10, 2013

If You Love Coffee You Will Love Bosch Tassimo!

This little coffee machine produces great tasting drinks and features Costa Coffee pods which taste like the real thing. It is easy to use and the coffee machine is ready to make great drinks with just the touch of a button. The Bosch Tassimo can read which pod you put in and then make the drink for you hassle free. My wife has a Dolce Gusto at work and although she likes the drinks, she has to measure it all out unlike the Tassimo which does it for you. Pictured is the T20 model which has, like all of them, a handy jug which can easily be filled with water and attaches to the back of the machine.

Bosch Tassimo - This little machine can do so much!

More Than Just a Coffee Machine

There are many pods available for the Bosch Tassimo. Drinks such as cappuccino and latte require two pods per drink. You simply place the milk pod in first and then the coffee pod second. The Tassimo will do all the work for you. As well as a fine array of different coffees this machine will also make a Cadbury or a Milka hot chocolate, Twinings Tea and many more of your favourites. As you can see there is a huge range of drinks to choose from and if that is not enough you can also use your Tassimo for instant hot water so you don't have to wait for your kettle! The drinks that don't have milk only use 1 pod so they work out cheaper. My favourite Tassimo drink is the Costa Latte which uses a pod for milk and a pod for coffee. You can also get the latte in an extra large size which is good because I like my coffee milky.

These pod coffee machines are all the rage these days! I like the idea of being able to brew a single cup at a time, although I'm not sure all that single-serve packaging is good for the environment.
