Brandy T- Bone Soup Recipe

Brandy T-Bone Soup

A healthy and delicious way of drinking your favorite brandy brand while taking care of your health has hit many eating outlets and social functions. Brandy, when taken on an empty stomach tends to affect the stomach linings thus disrupting your digestive system. Remember you use brandy to marinate your raw meat before cooking; when you take it in excess, it marinates your digestive system. This is a easy to prepare brandy T-bone soup recipe.

Requirements:

You will need:

250g T-Bones without meat sliced -beef

6 cups pure water

250ml brandy

Salt

Pepper

Tools:

Gas cooker or any other mode of cooking equipment

Small size cooking pan with lid

Methodology:

Pour 3 cups of water into your cooking pan and let it warm. Add the 250g T-bones sliced and boil till the water evaporates.

Add 150g of your brandy and stir till wet dry

Add salt and pepper

Add three cups of water and boil for 10 minutes and wait for the soup to cool

On a separate cup or glass, pour the soup to half full and add two standard tots of your brandy.

Serve while warm

Once done, store your T-bones frozen as these can be used at least twice before you dispose them off or served to your dog.
