Make a brownie in a mug in the microwave in one minute. This brownie in a mug recipe is the easiest brownie recipe to make, and it can be topped off with ice cream or whipped cream if desired. These make unique treats to serve for dessert at a small dinner party or for family movie night. You can also give these for gifts too. Just let the brownie cool and then wrap the mug in cellophane and top with a bow and gift tag. They make great homemade holiday gifts, get well gifts, and Valentine's Day gifts. The recipient will have a cool mug to drink out of long after the brownie is gone. These easy to make brownies in a mug are delicious.

Brownie In a Mug Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp. flour

4 Tbsp. sugar

2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

2 Tbsp.vegetable Oil

2 Tbsp. water

1/4 tsp. vanilla

Tiny pinch of salt

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a coffee mug.

Mix thoroughly

Put the mug in the microwave and microwave for 1 minute (you may have to microwave 15 second longer depending on your microwave.

Remove from microwave and let cool for 1-2 minutes.

Toppings:

If desired, top your warm brownie with ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients:

Pinch of salt

1/4 cup chocolate chips

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

3 Tbsp. water

Directions:

      Fantastic, I will have to try this recipe, the one I've used before calls for dry milk, which makes the lactose content too high for my sensitive tummy. :) Where your recipe says "2 Tbsp.vegetable" though, does that mean vegetable oil or something else?
