Cake Pops & Cake Balls: Great Balls of Flavor!

Updated on February 5, 2015

Cake Pops: Now You Can Have Your Cake and Eat It ... Without Guilt!

Cake pops and cake balls ... those mini orbs of coated, cake-y goodness offered on a lollipop stick or in a paper fluted cup.

To me, it's like eating art . . . the beauty . . . the flavor . . . the sheer idea of cake in this unique miniature form is more than enough to satisfy. (OK, OK, so you may want to eat more than one but you definitely won't feel cheated out of a taste experience.)

For those who say, "Oh, I'll just have a little sliver" when offered a tasty cake. . . now you can really have your cake and eat it ... without guilt!

So, take a stroll through this gallery of luscious-looking cake pops and cake balls . . . and even find out how you can easily make them yourself!

What's cuter than a cupcake? A cake pop, of course! Wildly popular blogger Bakerella (aka Angie Dudley) has turned cake pops into an international sensation! Cute little cakes on a stick: from decorated balls to more ambitious shapes such as baby chicks, ice cream cones, and even cupcakes, these adorable creations are the perfect alternative to cake at any party or get-together.

Winning Flavor Combinations for Cake Pops (or Cake Balls) - Use These or Create Your Own
