It can be eaten in so many different ways that it can be served for breakfast, lunch, dinner or supper, with lots of variety.
These wonderful recipes with canned salmon are from a beautiful old cookbook printed in 1915. I love old books so I've chosen to display the pages of the book as they looked in the original cookbook, rather than retyping it all out because the book is gorgeous. Not all the pages are displayed because I've picked through them to show off some of the recipes. There is a beauty in old books that I can't put words to. Back in the era when this was printed, it wasn't common to find books with color pictures in them.
