Gluten Free Cherry Recipes
Who doesn't love the luscious red sweetness of cherries in homemade muffins, pies, cookies, and even in trail mix?! Ahh, when you think of cherries, you can only have wonderful, sweet memories!

Quick and easy, great for lunches, great with coffee, great for a snack bag 'n go ~ No wonder it's Cheery!
To ensure it is truly Gluten Free, just make sure the dried cherries, walnuts, and almonds are NOT processed with wheat, look at the allergy info on the back, and leave off the Peanut M&Ms and dry roasted almonds, as they are definitely NOT gluten free!.
Prep Time: Five minutes
Total Time: Ten Minutes
Serves: Single, easy to double
- 1/4 cup of Dried Cherries
- 1/4 cup Craisins (Dried Cranberries)
- 1/4 cup Private Selection (Kroger brand) Dark Chocolate Chunks
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup Peanut M&Ms (ALLERGY NOTE: This ingredient is not gluten free)
- 1/4 cup Dry Roasted Almonds (ALLERGY NOTE: This ingredient is not gluten free)
- Mix all ingredients and go! To make gluten free, make sure the cherries, walnuts, and sliced almonds are NOT processed with wheat, and leave off the Peanut M&Ms and Dry Roasted Almonds.
- Of course these are base amounts, add a bit more or less, depending on individual preference.

The Gluten-free Goddess' version of Cherry Clafouti ~ With coconut flour, a switchout to maple syrup, this may be preferred over regular Clafoutis ~ I'm glad I don't need any excuses to make this one first!
